I noticed 3 problems:
1. The exhaust system is too noisy
2. I have some small cracks on the wastegate body - Is there an after market spare part to replace the system? (or I can try to weld the original body).
3. The final muffler seems original. Only the final tip is replaced with a thicker pipe. From what I've seen the final muffler is "direct flow".
Is there something wrong with my drum or are they all like that? (direct flow is the rule not the exception).

Is your middle muffler still in place? The rear muffler could be worn out. I had a poor after market muffler at the rear that some previous owner welded in, it gave nasty resonance at motorway speed. Replaced it with a proper quality one and its been to quiet ever since, lts still straight through.

The whole system looks original - the only exception is the pipe coming out of the rear muffler (Ornamental exhaust pipe).
This one is thicker compared to the original one.

The car has Intermediate (middle) muffler. A man who repairs exhausts said that from what they look like on the outside, they are probably pretty damaged inside and the air comes out the shortest way - directly.
This is where the bigger noise comes from.

I have 2 friends who put sports final muffler "direct flow" and they make too much noise.

What quality final muffler did you use? "proper quality".

I'm looking for a final muffler with chambers and perforated tubes. They are the most suitable for turbo cars.

They are called Apple Racing, available in many sizes. They were developed to help racing cars to be able to reach low dB levels like we have on race tracks here. Very efficient even though they are straight through, i dont fully remember which size i bought. My car is very quiet on the motorways, pretty similar to a standard 931, even though ive had this muffler on since 2009 incl track driving.
