I have rebuilt my 1981 porsche AC system and put what I thought were the correct O ring sizes. However, the do not seem to be sealing correctly. The system (using R134a) seems to bleed down in a couple days. I have tried flourescent dye leak detector, torn out the evaporator but do not find any leaks. I am coming to the feeling that the O rings sizes may not be correct. I have a large assortment of O rings for R134a. Since the originals are long gone, does anyone know a good technique for selecting O rings and correct sizing? I have vacuumed checked the system overnite several times and it seems to hold okay. However high system pressure may be a different story. I would appreciate comments and experiences on doing this. thanks..Ted
