Anyone know of a cheaper alternative to the $600+ wiper motor that I see listed for sale on Pelicanparts.com? Are there any ones that are a close match that can be substituted? 1982 924 is my model. |

Use a VW Golf I or Jetta windshield wiper motor.
Mechanically use a file to adjust it.
Good luck!

Interesting - what kind of mods to fit does this require, specifically?
You'd never think modern P-car parts would be the economy option, but I did stumble across this:

Mechanically, it looks almost like a drop-in. But it would take some figuring to sort out the wiring, looks like it only has 3 connector pins vs. the stock which has 4 or 5 IIRC... _________________ Vaughan Scott
