Could someone who has the 5 lug wheel/ discs all around setup look at their car and answer a couple of questions.
1. Is the top hat between the firewall and the booster a flat one with the MC parallel to the ground or the angled one that tilts the MC up in front?
2. Is the booster a 7" or the 9" same as the 944 booster?
Thanks in advance _________________ Mike

I'm using the M/C and booster from my '78 with 5 lugs with the X brake configuration which works fine.
I believe if you go with a 944 M/C, you need to re-configure your brake lines. _________________ 78 924 NA

I have put in an entire 944 brake system, 944 MC, 9" booster, the angled top hat from the 944, all new brake lines with front/back split. What I'm trying to find out is how the 924's with the factory 5 lug/all disc system were set up. I have had to relocate the throttle cable and bend the throttle lever to clear the 9", booster. The PET is not real clear on this. _________________ Mike
