It's in Plymouth, NH

Oh man! That really sucks. Hopefully everyone involved was alright?

I need a few things. A black hatch carpet is at the top of my list. What color is the interior?

+1 to Eric's. I'd be interested in some things, depending on color of interior for one or two

I'm physically fine. Quite sad though, as you'd imagine. At 35 years old, it's my first wreck ever, so the ego of my flawless record was crushed. But I've learned from the experience that my favorite mountain pass is sometimes impossible to drive -- and so that's what they mean with that sign of "not maintained for winter". I still struggle with reading comprehension.

It's grey. The rest of the interior is black.
The carpet in the trunk is not in good shape.
No cracks, but some warpage to the dash. I have all the parts for both manual and electric sunroof. Two sets of 15" phonedial wheels. One with brand new (as in 1 week old) snow tires.

I am not going to pull off anything for $30 or less, it's just not worth the time. But there must be some parts you need. Happy to gut it to a good home.

Any mechanical damage? Just patch it back together and drive it. The rallycrossers around me smash up their cars and still daily drive them haha.

It looks like the whole front end is pretty badly tweaked. It would probably be a lot of work to straighten. Not impossible, but definitely not easy.

With the cost of another 924S or 944, fixing it might not be the cheapest option. If I were in your shoes, I would buy another one that needs some work, switch over anything it needs from your old car, then part the rest of it out. I'd bet you could break even or maybe even make some money if you sell off a few of the harder to find parts. It would probably be way less work than fixing your 924S too. Almost everything on a 924S and early 944 (pre 1985.5) is interchangeable.

I guess it all depends on how handy you are with a wrench and how much time you have though.

By the way, is that black strip on the rocker panel plastic or painted? I'm interested in them if they're the plastic panels.
