Guys,

My car has Dan's Intercooler kit. Love it. Car was running great, making 10 psi consistently and the boost gauge works fine. The AFR gauge WAS working fine, showing approx 14.7 at idle and around 10-11 at WOT/ on boost.

The AFR gauge is now just wonky, all over the place. Acts like it has a short but the power is constant (light doesn't flicker, etc).

Car runs fine. Boost gauge has no issues and the car doesn't drive any different. Porsche mechanic says car holds vacuum and makes boost just like it was previously.

Is it possible that the wide band Ox Sensor that feeds info to the AFR gauge went bad? Or the gauge went bad?

Innovate AFR sensor/gauge? Mine needed constant recalibration. Got fed up with it. Sold it. Bought a Zeitronix. Never looked back.

Some need calibrating. Sensor can go bad.

Pretty simple device. Unless there is a wiring fault you may be seeing an actual fueling problem.

It's an AEM unit, and I do not have the recalibration issues with mine that are commonly reported with the Innovate stuff.

It is almost certainly a failed sensor due to the <ahem> event that you experienced.

Thx guys. We replaced the sensor. AFR gauge is same, wonky, all over the place. I am taking the car to better shop, one that has smoke and can fix it.

Have you check you fuel pressure? Could be a faulty WUR.
