Hey every one. I'm new here. I just bought an '88 924s. I found that I have the 756 M code. I know it translates to special model The car has no sun roof and no power windows. Is that what the code means, or is that some thing else?
no one else hase helped me with this yet.
also when I went to get parts for my timing belt they asked if my timing belt tensioner is a spring type or the old type.
can i tell without taking the car apart?
thanks there is alot of great info on this sight.

Congrats on the new car. You do have the spring type tensioner. I suspect you're right about the option code since 924S's came with power windows as standard equipment.
