I now run front/ rear 944 turbo calipers with Pagid racing pads.

Will a conversion to M030 944 turbo front calipers (and 304mm discs) be a very noticeable upgrade or overkill ?

My 931 has about 230hp and the weight is 1050kg.

Bigger brakes will only benefit you in longevity - such as running in an endurance race.

Do the brakes fade today? If the don't you known gain anything, maybe some better pedal feel, and longer pad life. My plan is to keep stock brake setup(with racing pads, fluid, lines,) even after my power upgrade, im confident it will work well, maybe add some brake cooling ducts. Or maybe chose a tougher pad..

I run M030 brakes and 944 master cylinder on my 931. It's overkill for street tyres, especially on wet.

I run the same setup...totally pointless unless you want to stop from 250km/h....then it makes a noticeable difference compared to the factory brakes(if you have good tires as well). But for street driving, even sport street driving the factory setup is rather good if working properly.
