We're stripping for paint, how do you get the quarter lights out? I don't want to ruin the gasket, pry the rubber up and out from the inside?

Pull the carpet back and you'll see some big white plastic nuts that you remove.

I hope that helps

Oh, the glass is just held in by a rubber lip. You can just lift up and slowly push the glass out... it isn't easy but if you're patient it will come out.

From the inside of the car, I've always just put a towel on the rear quarter window, rounded up a helper to catch the window, and pushed on the top of the window. It pops right out.
