As you are aware I am in the process of restoring a 1983 ROW 931. I have now replaced most of the vacuum lines, but am unable to find a source for the AOS lines.

I need the following pipes:
931.107.169.00
931.107.171.00
931.107.394.02

Can anyone please point me to a source where I can buy these?

Use generic rubber or silicone for nla parts

PS I tried to search those parts numbers for a quick reference. Real hard to locate easily. So no one is going to answer if its too hard to understand the question or part you need. Try posting an image of PET page with the parts highlighted or numbered. Easier for us to help

Thanks for the advice. I am trying to keep my 931 100% stock so original Porsche spec pipes would make my very happy. My last resort would be generic hoses. I am looking for 27, 35 and 36 in the picture below.

All NLA. You can try contacting your local Porsche dealer to see if there are any languishing on a back shelf of a dealer somewhere in Europe, but that is about your only chance of getting OEM parts.

Yeah, I still cannot get used to the fact that so many parts are NLA. On my 964 and even my previous 356 this is so much easier, 98% of all parts are still readily available.

Luckily with enough patience and help from forums such as this one I am managing to locate all the parts I need.

My latest find is the rubber pipe between the AFM and Turbo. My car had a silicone tube that has been sucked flat causing the car to feel suffocated at high revs.

Issue is, Porsche can charge a lot more money when recommissioning 911 or 356 part v's 924. Plus the 924 market place has probably been shrinking at OPC for many years. That said they are adding new 924 parts back into the line every quarter. Just because it was NLA does not mean it remains NLA. The rubber hoses into and out of the waterpump are now available again.

The woven pipe can be bought from motor factors or VW Heritage

The rubber pipes into the Purolator are not OEM deal breakers for generic rubber hoses?

Johann,

I just replaced #27 on my '80 931, on my car this is wire re-enforced rubber with a woven cloth sheath as is #35 and #36. I was able to locate what I think is the factory hose and had to buy 2 meters of it. If your '83 is similar let me know because even after replacing my #35 and #36 I'll have lots left over.
