If anyone were willing to double check the following calculations, I'd appreciate it.

OK, I think I see what's going on here. It makes sense to me, the only thing that would make me a little nervous is Intake on #4 cylinder...why is the delta only .001, when all the rest are .003-.004? I would want to double- triple-check that one. Obviously, the thing you want to do is focus on the target hot lash, as it's more important than cold lash. But assuming all the measurements are accurate, this looks right to me. Which means you'll need to start with 3.6mm or 3.5mm shims and grind down to the "new shim" dimension. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

Yeah, I didn't like that measurement either.
As for the lash caps, Precision Shims sells them in .01 mm increments, so no grinding. _________________ Toofah King Bad
