needing to remove clutch master cylinder to rebuild, clutch is on the floor and car has been sitting up for a long time.....so.....the question is what all has to be removed to get to it? looks like removing the brake booster would make it a lot easier???? [/img]

I use a 1/4" 13mm swivel socket. Easy peasy. Of course, clevis must be disconnected inside the car, and it is also a great time for hydraulic flush. Pull up the carpet and scrub your floorboard if master has leaked!

FWIW, I usually recommend master, slave & hose be replaced as a package.

I agree with Rasta. When he says "hose," I'd assume he means to include both the master-to-slave line as well as the pretty blue hose from the reservoir to the master. Good luck!
