Thinking about making the drive up? We have plenty of space for people to camp out, as in years past at 944Fest venues.

Looks like fun, and at 500 miles away a good test to see if the car is properly sorted, but just checked and I am on the left Coast on a business trip that weekend. Crap _________________ 88 924S

That would be an EPIC journey, and one I have contemplated MANY times (only going the other way).
I'm actually planning to do PART of it in the beginning of October, making it as far west as ID, and then circling back. LOTS of designated national scenic byways throughout that region! _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

Why not make it all the way and relieve me of some parts...?

A) because I won't be driving a truck
B) because I don't have 3 weeks
Although if you wanted to meet me in ID, we could talk about what would fit in the front boot of the Cayman _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

600 miles... a little too far for an untried 924.
If it was the other Woodstock, that might be do-able.

We expect to have our registration page up by this weekend. In the meantime, here are some more details abo"ut" the event.
Planned Activities- Swap meet
- Burgers, Brats, and (Bring Your Own) Beer
- Barn movies for the kids
- Bring your track footage for the barn screen!
- Car wash station
- Country Drive / Road Rally / Flüssig Parade
- Fishing
- Bench racing
- Polaris Rides
- Raffle and door prizes
- Meet the donkeys, mini-horses, and sheep!
- Bonfire (Friday and Saturday nights)
Free Camping Available!
Ideola's Garage is situated on an 11-acre "farmette" just south of the historic Woodstock square. We have plenty of room to accommodate guests who would like to pitch a tent for a Friday or Saturday overnight stay (or both!). We will have a wash station and port-a-john on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Nearby AccommodationsThere are a few really nice B&Bs in the historic district of Woodstock, incuding the house where the movie Ground Hog Day was filmed! The next nearest town with reasonably nice and affordable accommodations is Crystal Lake, about a 20 minute drive from Ideola's Garage (~12 miles).
Here's a photo from the Chicagoland meetup we held last September:
