|
|
I am running 17x7 Porsche wheels. The fronts look great but the issue is that the rears look a bit "tucked". I have the stock 25MM spacers in place. Anyone have any ideas how to best add 10MM or 15MM more?
I think I will have to buy a set of 40MM spacers and install new studs that are 15MM longer than stock.
Anyone know the length of the stock rear studs?
Thanks! _________________ PCA Licensed Club Racer & Driving Instructor, Current cars: 1981 931, 2005 996 GT3, 2013 Cayenne GTS |

I would use adapters at that distance. Ones that come with studs. _________________ Stefan

Thx Stefan, I just realized that if I do indeed source 40MM spacers, that come with the proper studs, I don't really need to know the length of the stock studs, dooh! _________________ PCA Licensed Club Racer & Driving Instructor, Current cars: 1981 931, 2005 996 GT3, 2013 Cayenne GTS |

as an alternative you could get your stock rims widened... pretty easy to add to the outside.. _________________ 1981 ROW 924 Turbo -

Porsche sells 100mm studs that you can replace the factory ones with.
I'm also considering buying a set of longer studs to use two 21mm spacers on each side on my 931.
