The adjuster is accesed via a hole on the backplate looks like a cog and can be rotated with a screwdriver. IIRC its at the bottom of the back plate but its been a while since I did mine. _________________ 1983 N/A

Thanks. I can see 3 rubber plugs. I believe one might be for inspecting the shoe wear! I'll take them off any see if I can get at the cog.
Thanks. _________________ Robert.

Removed the rubber plugs and can see the cogs on both recesses but no actual screw head to fit driver into. _________________ Robert.

Stick a flat screw driver into the cog and pry up or down on the screw driver to adjust the brakes.

| They should be easy to turn. If they're stuck, you need to take the drum off and clean up the threads and re-grease them. don't try and force them as you'll ruin the backing plate. Ask me how I know. |

+1, pop off the drum and inspect/clean/lube the components. It will also help you visualize how the adjustment process should go. _________________ Toofah King Bad
