Anyone replaced/relocated these? Can't tell if they were factory welded or some type of special rivet.

Factory welded with a stud gun & special tip. You can drill a hole in the chassis, hold the stud against the chassis with a magnet & weld on the backside if you can. Welding on the front side will be tough and leave weld on the chassis that won't let the holder sit flush against the chassis.
