Gentlemen,.oops ladies and gentlemen!

Just to let you all know the above mentioned book is now at the publishers and planned release is October 2014. It has Forewards by Norbert Singer,Jurgen Barth, Derek Bell, with introductions by Tony Dron, Hurley Haywood,Paul Miller, Lee White, Tom Winters,Doc Bundy, Tom Seabolt...its 90,000 words 400 images and covers all the factory stuff, testing, racing up to end 1982. Then goes on to cover most of the races in the USA, where Carrera 924 Turbos and later 944 Andial engined cars competed, up to 1988. With quotes from most of the legendary drivers, from phone and skype interviews.............We have done our best with access to all the factory archives and images. Stories from Alwin Springer,Dave Klym, Elliott Forbes-Robinson etc in addition to those mentioned above. Hope you like it , will let you know when its out.

Does it list the original factory delivered spec to each of the CGT/GTS/GTR chassis numbers as per Carrera RS by Gruber & Konradsheim?? Would love to see how the GTS's were delivered versus the Clubsport version. Almost every GTS you see for sale or in magazines etc. are listed as 'Clubsports'.

How much technical detail did you go into?

Is it just a story book on the race cars and which races they enjoyed?

How many copies are being printed?

Either way I'm sure its going to be bought for the collection.
