I have a 95 318is parts car if you need anything, a whole set of bilstein shocks/struts and mylie full metal ball joint front control arms that have less than 10k on them I could get rid of, cost me like $1k

yes, its a 525i, and its my first car. love that thing, just have not given it enough attention. Been driving the 931 a bit too much, if the bimmer had feelings she'd be jealous...
I must say, now that I've gotten a better feel for the car, the overheating issues were what seemed to be a combination of air in the coolant system, and a somewhat buggy temp gauge, that goes to overheating in the first few minutes of the car starting, and then goes back down to operating temps once the car has run a bit. However, this may still be a cooling system issue that I have yet to rule out.
I don't think I'll have the time until may when I graduate to go over the 931 as meticulously as I would like. Until then I have to restrain myself from taking her out for a spin too often. something that is easier said than done. these cars handle like none other that I have driven. _________________ 1980 931 (#185) for sale
