or track as the case may be.

Those of you who have been around from the beginning; finally got it running. At Summit Point DE last weekend.

I played crew chief and LJ did the developement driving. Found plenty of work to keep us busy. But even as it was still passed bunches of 944s. Nothing like stripping out the whole interior to make a car run.

Misses at 5200 regardless of load and Puuushes terribly. We'll get it.

I had a miss at 5000 in the racecar, turned out to be a cooked plug wire boot. Gotta love those Magnecors, replaced under warranty.

What have you got on it suspension-wise? Could perhaps help out there w/ suggestions. Also cornerweights and alignment specs.

Glad to hear it's finally turning laps, though!

300# front (Hypercoil), 27mm rear. Stock front and rear bars. Waiting for an 18mm rear bar from TurboS. That should help and is all the budget will allow for now. The front is adjustable similar to the kit sold by Paragon, but home grown.

Alignment is approx -1(plus a bit) front and rear slight toe out front, not sure rear.

Will see how much the larger rear bar helps then see about alignment changes. Will just have to live with what we get until the piggy bank is full again.

225-50x16 Toyo RA1s on 928 flatdish 16x7 all four corners.

Yeah, a little more rear bar should help; can't say enough good about the 19mm rear adjustable rear bar (M030), but even going to 18mm should get you most of the way there.

What about shocks, what are you running? I'm planning on an upgrade to Bilstein race shocks this winter.

Can't say anything definitive on the alignment, since I'm running different tires, and I'm certainly not sure how much camber you'd really want to see on the street... but I started running 2 deg all around. Now I'm running a little over 1 deg in the rear, and 2 up front as I recall... that will help loosen it up a little more for ya...

Koni yellow adjustables.

Started the first day with KYBs on the back and the car was 'hopping'. Put the Konis on and fixed that!

BTW, we are not at all concerned with ever running this car on the street. Besides, LJ benches 300 lbs now. I think he can handle steering whatever we give him. So alignment specs are wide open.

Well, the alignment for the street really is just an issue of dealing with tire wear. Crank in as much caster as you can evenly add on both sides, especially once you've upgraded the bushings in the a-arms and done camberplates; it does a great deal for improving steering feel. The camber and toe you're running sound reasonable, no complaints there.
