1 Removed interior sound deadening (should have been done before caging).
2 Removed excess wiring (ditto)
3 Bypassed factory wiring for OP gauge and added 2" OP light in center console (independent of ignition - nice reminder when car is not running but main power is switched on)
4 Updated rear ARB
5 Castor brace
6 Hood pins
7 Deleted factory hatch latches, added rubber t handles
8 Fuel pump jumper and drain setup
9 Motorcycle battery
10 Deleted vestigial brackets from the interior

Yea! Show us your interior!

What method did you use for the sound deadening? I have to undertake that task shortly.

Castor brace. Really nice piece. No brainer at that price, especially if you have a strut brace.

I used a heat gun and putty knife for sound mat. What a hassle. Once the mat is off, gun and knife again for leftover adhesive. Really fun stuff, even more so when rendered molten by the heat gun. . .Satan's bogeys. Final detail was with brake cleaner and a hand towel. Be ready to paint. . .the mats go on over the primer before the tub is painted.

I can throw up a few more pics soon.

Thinking back, I used a propane torch on mine as well and scraped it off. Got lucky and didn't have quite the issue with "Satan's Boogers" but it certainly wasn't fun in the long run.

I've heard good things about using dry ice (properly ventilated of course) to freeze the stuff and it breaks apart under a rubber/plastic mallet.

I like the brace! I looked at the Brey-Krause piece (which is almost too pretty to put under the car) but the price was off-putting to say the least. This is much more reasonable.

Depending on your geometry settings and of the steering angle, during hard braking the rear ends of the A-arms can get closer to one another or further appart...its because of the grip of the tires and the lever is the a-arm itself.
The castor brace ties them together and makes the chassis stiffer in that area.

Yep, keeps the tub from flexing. . .completes the square started by the strut brace.

Got it. I always just set the toe to -1/16-ish and then it goes to 0 or a little toe out under hard braking. I'll have to look into this little device though. I like the cornering attitude in Rasta's pic. Nice, square and flat.

Not gonna get it with just a castor brace. S-Mama has 450# fronts, 31mm t-bars, and M030 ARBs. Did I mention Koni Sports?
