So my car, has a fog light switch... and I think it used to have fog lights as the bumper had what was left of mounts. But I see no wiring for them at all?? I looked all over after I pulled the US bumper off.

I just picked up a euro bumper and want to wire it up.

On my car originally the previous owner wired the fog lights to the parking lights. That caused problems. I ended up running a new wiring harness/relay to the fog lights and directly to the battery. I used an original fog light switch in the dash.

Maybe you will get lucky and find that the factory wiring/fuse/relay is in place. I read somewhere that fog lamps were a dealer installed option.

I found this current flow diagram for 81 and 82 models; not certain if this includes 931s. But it might give you some clues in terms of which wires to look for. I'd look for a fuse at fuse 15. That would be another clue.
