No you shouldn't have Jon. It did look awesome and more so on Fuchs reps last year when for sale again.
However, you still have your current turbo so get that running well and keep it! _________________ 1980 931 - forged pistons, Piper cam, K27/26 3257 6.10 hybrid turbo, 951 FMIC, custom intake, Mittelmotor dizzy & cam pulley, H&S exhaust, GAZ Gold, Fuch'ed, Quaife

All depends on how much you sold it for and what it goes up for again in the future. After all you will know the car better than any potential buyer. REality and sad fact is the 931 attract little reward for any owners investment and many struggle to break even cos they well for peanuts, ASSUMING you can actually sell it at all.
From experience (Ive owned a few of them) there either mint (top price) or knackered (over priced), rarely do you find one that is good value for money. Although if you know what your looking for and at, some of the cheaper ones can potentially be a bargain, cos the seller cant find anyone else who will pay anymore. That one certainly looks quite nice and therefore I would assume was towards the higher end of the price bracket? _________________ Life is about living, we all leave soon enough. |
