If anything there should be a mild vacuum here.

There is some blow...not that much...but its there.
If you put the cap close to the hole it will suck it closed...so with the cap on there will be vacum. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits

Block breather was cleaned year ago and it is not blowing oil inside the air filter box. Similar to morghens experience, there is a slight blow when the oil filler cap is removed. Otherwise the engine is running very strong. _________________ Mikko

put a sheet of A4 paper near the hole. it should be sucked onto it.
