Noticed today when I took my oil cap off, I smell a hint of gasoline. Not sure if it's because the car ran rich while I was tuning it a few times or what. Is it going to hurt anything? Do I need to drain all that shit out and get new oil in it?

Yep, too much gas, excess flowed into the oil.
Drain the oil and replace with fresh. Check daily for further gas mixing with the oil until you get the tune much closer.

Used injectors? Make sure they are not bleeding off after shutdown.

My oil smells of gas sometimes. I don't worry about it too much - when I lean it out the car just doesn't 'drive happy'. Lots of lurching and whatnot. And I would hope my injectors aren't leaking, they're only a couple years old!
