I have a 1987 924s and I had the standard no start issue with no tach jump. With this in mind, I ordered up a pair of referance sensors, I would rather change both & be done with any worry. So, I removed the hold down bolt on the front sensor. I wiggled the sensor and was able to twist it in place. When it came time to pull it out, while pulling it let loose. Yea it let loose, the top broke off and the stub is still in the engine. It is broke off just above the engine. The magnet is still in the center and is not high enough to get a good grab with pliers.

My question is, whats my next step ???? How do I get this stub out so I can change out the sensor ???

Thanks for any help.
