Hi Fellow 924 owners. I've replaced my front rotors on my 77' 924. I've added new brake fluid
and replaced the bleed valves with new ones. I've pumped the system up and I can't seem
to get the pedal pressure increase that a bleed should give. Also when I pump up the system,
I hear a hissing coming from the engine. What gives? Any info would be great.

You have a vacum leak. These are old cars. Starte inspecting from the vac booter back (to include the booster). Replace the bad section(s) and every other old piece of hose you can get to including those you can't get to. Replace all the small vacum hoses controling the dist, emissions, etc. Just because.

it sounds like your brake booster is leaking, and need's to be replaced this will give the effect of no brakes shortly after applying the pressure to the brake pedal. replacement is the only cure
contact me if you need one and also the easiest method to change it,
