The finish line is in sight!

I have all of the components wired up to the ECU. However when I plug the main connector into the ECU, all of the injectors click ON and stay on, becoming very warm. Also, none of the 3 lights on the ECU box light up, which they did when I plug the stimulator in.

It sounds like I'm running into a grounding issue, but I'm lost on where to begin troubleshooting. Any leads?
