Will you be producing these periodically? Because I'd like to order one eventually but not yet. Also I like your design better than deutschnine and gt-racing and your pricing is better. _________________ Melanie - 1980 931

Green tartan interior, you don't see that on a Civic. |

I'd say the buckets are of pretty good quality. I went ahead and bought some because I got sick of dealing with the last bit of my pre-preg. I still have some normal epoxy and cf but I decided I wanted to drive my car sooner, so I bought some buckets from our friend here.
I opted to not cut them for the standard lights, and instead, do my own thing. I still need to line it better up to the body and my car still needs body work, but all in all... it's going to be a race car so that's not a giant deal to me.
What is great, is that the projectors fit in there amazingly and don't have nearly as much stuff chopped off in terms of light because I was able to stick it up higher in there. I plan on just doing a simple shim and bolt to line them up.

Nice!! Paint the mounting brackets and bolt heads black before you're all done and covers on. Then you'd just see the projectors through the lenses. _________________ 1977 924na BlackSeaRD.com Torque Tube SuperBearings, Xenon air dam, 200# Weltmeister springs, Bursch header, 944 exhaust, Audi throttle body |

I'm not terribly worried on aesthetics since it's planned to be a track car, function over form. But, not a bad idea. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)

Gentlemen, I finally got some light grey from my supplier, so covers are available in clear and light grey.
I will make more 924/944 kits this fall if I get enough orders.
951 are still off the market until I find a solution for the buckets.

Are you still producing these/have any left in stock?
I would be interested in a set of uncut buckets with lenses. Let me know, thanks! |
