Double check the coolant bleed...probably the cause of the overheating. Don't just focus on the exhaust, make sure the compressor-to-lower charge tube-to-upper charge tube-to-throttle body assembly is all correctly assembled, sealed and locked down. In particular, if the lower charge tube braket is missing or the bolt has vibrated loose, the lower charge tube will lift off of the compressor outlet as boost builds. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
