Happy Saint Patricks Day March 17 th.

Yesterday I started the festivities by making a huge batch
of Lamb stew!

It has potatoes, carrots, leeks, parsnips and lot of garlic
a little worchestersire sauce and tomato paste and bay
leaves. Today I have to load up the crock pot and deliver
it to my girls work for a 70 person employee party.
Of course Ill drop a batch at my parents too.

Stay safe my friends.

Holy moly...the color green has been with the
celebration since the 17th century. Originally,
the color associated was was blue, but it is said
the three-leafed shamrock is to explain
the Holy Trinity to followers.
There ya go solves that.
