Got tired of my 924 sitting in the driveway for three years. Been working on it off and on, whenever I am in the mood with time on my hands. Finally got rid of the rough idle. Took it on the street and now am looking to put plates on it! Some small repairs has to be done yet. Driver's seat need to be redone, steering wheel is upside down... ooops, the sunroof needs new latches. Hmm now I wonder if it still opens? Cylinder three has a misfire and need to wire up some license plate lights. All easy fixes compared what has been done already. Paint will have to wait though, for now it will have to be the closest red spray paint I can find as the paint is literally falling off. But at least I can take it for a spin now! This is a great site, it has helped considerably in this non running project car that has been resurrected from a salvage yard! _________________ 1982 Porsche N/A |
