|
|
Hi, does anyone have some scanned of PDF articles to share? I understand that there are lots of articles of the 924 Carrera GT in various magazines.
Now that the car is stored, it would be great to have some nice reading awaiting spring....
I am especially interested in all kinds of racing 924's. Noticed that Ideola had posted some articles about the D-prod 924 - I've never heard of those. That was very interesting |

+1 on this if you can find one. I found two years ago for $2 US each since they misspelled 'Porsche' as 'Posche' on the binder. Bought one for me and one for my father. _________________ 1980 931 since 1989

The good thing about that book are the contemporary views on the 924. I especially remember the test of the Carrera GT supercar. The combination of a viperfast chassis on the edge and a slow steering is just as bad as the peaky engine with turbolag together with a slow crunchy gearchange. Sad to say but fair and true.
The turbo and CGT deserves a quickrack and swifter gearbox (like the US audi box ). _________________ Carl Fredrik Torkildsen
