http://writing.fsu.edu/oow/2001/title_page.htm

The article defines it thus:

Black's law dictionary defines it as:

"A course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose" or "words, gestures, and actions which tend to annoy, alarm and abuse (verbally) another person."(Working to Halt Online Abuse)

I request that significant action be taken by this website towards this person Gohim. I don't care what that action is, but I am requesting this site do what it can to make this harassment stop. It seems to me starting with a real identity, rather than letting an anonymous poster harass named posters, is a vital first step.

US Laws do not protect foreign citizens operating from a Foreign country, posting messages on a Website on US Soil.

Environmental Requlations are stiffer in Canada wher rick is located, then here is the US, so I find it interesting that rick chooses to reprint US information showing that Tolulene is a dangerous and controlled hazardour chemical.

Besides the Fact that the warning that I posted regarding the illegal and potentially dangerous addition of Toulene to gasoline is not libelous, since the information that you posted in other areas of this Site show that Tolulene is a hazardous toxic chemical recognized as such by the EPA, and subject to hazardous materials reporting and controls.

It is already in your gasoline. That is how they raise octane.

Your comments in General already constitute libellous and potentially slanderous comments on my credibility. I've notified the Board administration and I'm hoping to hear back from them.
