IIRC the stub axles and wheel bearings are the same between 4 bolt and 5 bolt setups on the rear, can anyone confirm or deny this? I see the wheel bearings listed on pelican parts as teh same rear bearings of the 924 and the early 944 making no mention of 4/5 bolt anything. _________________ '81 931 in various states of assembly |

The stub axles depend if your donor is early or late offset. If they are the late offset Alu trailing arms then you need the stub axles to match as they are wider.

i was able to bolt the stub axles right on to the early 944 hubs, no issues there at all. _________________ Eric
