ooohh I like those pistons... Still have some evil turbo plans and pistons are a must have... and I need first oversize.
Too bad my financial status isn't helping at the moment
Maybe I'm lucky and nobody wants them until I've got spare cash. _________________ "Rule: Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun." (C. Bell)

I'm willing to take a deposit and work out a payment plan. I've already successfully completed a couple of purchase agreements for other forum members using such an arrangement. If that interests you, send me a PM. _________________ 15 981 GTS | 88 924S SE | 82 931 Holbert | 82 931 Rallye | 81 937 | 81 Euro 931 | 81 Weissach | 80 US 928 | 80 US 931 '941' | 80 US 931 | 80 931 GTR | 79 Sebring | 78 D-Prod Replica | 78 w/D-Prod kit | 78 Poli-Form | 78 Limited Edition | 77 Martini |

Unfortunately, no, the only spare starters I have are not functional and good only for cores. _________________ 15 981 GTS | 88 924S SE | 82 931 Holbert | 82 931 Rallye | 81 937 | 81 Euro 931 | 81 Weissach | 80 US 928 | 80 US 931 '941' | 80 US 931 | 80 931 GTR | 79 Sebring | 78 D-Prod Replica | 78 w/D-Prod kit | 78 Poli-Form | 78 Limited Edition | 77 Martini |

$25, includes the solenoid. This particular unit was just removed from GEBLASN because I was having intermittent starting problems. So it's not completely toast, but it is on the way out. Solenoid should be good.
It is an early 944 unit. FYI, the 944 units have the same voltage and connections, but the solenoid has to be reindexed to work with a stock 931 harness, so it is currently in that configuration. The housing is also a little smaller than the 931 unit, and I believe they are just a touch lighter as a result.
Raceboy, you realize this box is getting quite heavy?! I'm sure you saw my email, the Spec clutch just came in on Friday for your friend. Let me know what you want to do on shipping...we might need to think about a couple of boxes depending on what the total weight comes in at. _________________ 15 981 GTS | 88 924S SE | 82 931 Holbert | 82 931 Rallye | 81 937 | 81 Euro 931 | 81 Weissach | 80 US 928 | 80 US 931 '941' | 80 US 931 | 80 931 GTR | 79 Sebring | 78 D-Prod Replica | 78 w/D-Prod kit | 78 Poli-Form | 78 Limited Edition | 77 Martini |

Price is alright but if you can, check for the best shipping option either with one big box or two smaller. _________________ '83 924 2.5 16v Turbo, 470hp

To all interested parties:
I will be traveling extensively from today through the 25th of April. While I will have internet access to check emails, PMs, and coordinate invoicing and such, I will NOT be able to provide add'l photos, take measurements, or do any packaging or shipping until after the 26th. _________________ 15 981 GTS | 88 924S SE | 82 931 Holbert | 82 931 Rallye | 81 937 | 81 Euro 931 | 81 Weissach | 80 US 928 | 80 US 931 '941' | 80 US 931 | 80 931 GTR | 79 Sebring | 78 D-Prod Replica | 78 w/D-Prod kit | 78 Poli-Form | 78 Limited Edition | 77 Martini |

Hi Dan,
I said in the Poll that your prices were reasonable. I didn't read the part about 'more than I'd pay'. Sorry. Haven't figured out how to retract the vote.
I actually 'would' pay the price you've asked.
Hey is that speedo cable the one that plugs into the 4 bolt front disc area?...I think that's the part of my cable that's broken, which means you might have a buyer here... _________________ 1980 924 turbo, MSD, Meth. Inj, otherwise stock. |

Tuurbo,
I actually have a few speedometer cable parts. I have the piece that goes from the speedometer itself to the OXS box (the black box down under the brake booster area), and then the other piece that goes from the OXS box to the spindle itself. I might actually have two of each.
In any event, neither part is specific to four lug...all 924 NAs, 931s, 924Ss, and early (pre-85.5) 944s had the mechanical speedometer cable, so these parts would work for any of those cars that were originally delivered to North America. I believe the ROW and UK-based cars have different parts because the ROW cars didn't the OXS box, and the UK cars were RHD.
Hope this helps... _________________ 15 981 GTS | 88 924S SE | 82 931 Holbert | 82 931 Rallye | 81 937 | 81 Euro 931 | 81 Weissach | 80 US 928 | 80 US 931 '941' | 80 US 931 | 80 931 GTR | 79 Sebring | 78 D-Prod Replica | 78 w/D-Prod kit | 78 Poli-Form | 78 Limited Edition | 77 Martini |
