That car also has the 968 mirrors and door handles.
As for the front valance, you will probably also have to modify the "wings" that fit under the front fenders in front of the wheels, as the "flare" is different on a 944 than a 924. _________________ 15 981 GTS | 88 924S SE | 82 931 Holbert | 82 931 Rallye | 81 937 | 81 Euro 931 | 81 Weissach | 80 US 928 | 80 US 931 '941' | 80 US 931 | 80 931 GTR | 79 Sebring | 78 D-Prod Replica | 78 w/D-Prod kit | 78 Poli-Form | 78 Limited Edition | 77 Martini |

I'm leaning towards having a CGT hood scoop mounted on my 924 turbo hood, so I'll have both the NACA duct and the scoop doing different jobs. I have the whole CGT body kit already, but I'm also starting with a stripped 87 924S. Same body shape, but MANY more options for powerplants, trannies, wheels. I may even end up with some Le Mans boxed rear quarter panels, just because they look SO BADA$$!!!!!!!! _________________ Current project 1981 931

Riuce i didnt know you could rice a 924 i thought the phrase only applied to Jap cars.. You can bad taste a porsche though if you stick stickers all over it add a rice muffler and maybe some chrome wind shield wipers that woud be ricey.. the rest of the stuff is jus bad taste on the individual. _________________ 1979 porsche 924 Na

I went for the slippery look and put FKmirrors on, euro bumpers sans rubber, stock hood, no emblems, etc.
That is my taste.

Yes, the project I'm envisioning for my 87 924S is with the CGT body kit, but the rest of the chassis and body will be a study of aerodynamics and lightness.
I remember seeing in a history book that Porsche got a 924 factory race car down to 2050 lbs!!!! That's frickin' amazing my friends.
** Also, "ricer" riced-out" are terms that can only apply to Japanese cars.
Typically, a Honda with a very loud "fart can" muffler, which makes it loud but no faster.
To each, his own. _________________ Current project 1981 931

i completely disagree, riced can apply to any car as it is decribing the fad of putting garish (excessively ornate or elaborate) things on a car where the fad began on jap cars.
I have seen lots of spanish-riced american cars! _________________ "Government exists to protect us from each other. Where government has gone beyond its limits is in deciding to protect us from ourselves. "
