The piece im referring to is number 25 in the diagram in this link

It's just dripping oil and it looked like the end of it, number 26, went to the bottom of the intake plenum? can anyone tell me where this leads please. thank you

I need a turbine wheel. I'll call either place. Or no no I really should go that way. It's the only option.

it goes to the intake manifold, its the boost/vac signal to the recirculating blow off valve or bypass valve..

it being cracked is an intake vacuum leak and will make the engine run bad..

oil from there is probably coming from the compressor side of your turbo..
