NP, actually, I have found one reference on Craigslist for the pressure plate, indicating application is a 944, model year unspecified, so I suspect it is the correct part. Let me know how much for the clutch/pressure plate combo + the axle shafts. Not in a huge hurry, so whenever it's convenient for you.

If it's not spoken for, I'd also be interested in that steering wheel and hub adapter, plus the two switches and two switch blanks behind the auto shifter.

Guys I just got home, I got 2 packages going out to Tuurbo - one with Ignition switch and turn signal indicator, etc.. and washer tank, the other with the trim pieces you requested.

CorsePerVita is getting the brown center console that was extra with the car and a seat rails off 2 spare seats.

Ideola is getting a power steering pump, but the tightener is worthless, it came apart when I took it off - as in broke. Pump seems to be good. So I will have to box that and send it along with all the little switches and what not you requested in a box. You can pay me what you think its worth after it arrives and you inspect everything.

Lets see all the other black trim stuff will be going to JayZzzz4, including rear seat and dash, but I still have to pull those.

I will get the power steering rack hopefully pulled this weekend, its hell trying to work in the rain and like this past Sunday Monday I take side jobs thats where the $$ is, especially if it means travel - I make more that way.

Now I will send tracking numbers to everyone in the morning once I get into work and confirm everything went out, I was going to the local pack and ship, but they where closed on Sunday and I had to go out of town.

Now if someone can do a reverse rain dance and make it stop I might get more done.

Oh and if anyone who paid for stuff is worried I will refund partial payments for the delay, whatever you think is fair. Now if just one of you lived round the corner and could come over and help me strip this thing I would be glad to give you beer, pizza and spare parts for lending a hand, anyone close?

Oh and the steering wheel is not stock its some after market thing. I can still send that if you want it Ideola.

The hub, do you mean the plastic guard or something else?

You want the whole steering column too? Break it down for me please let me know.

If anyone can pull a few strings I would love it to stop raining when I am home to work on the car, let it rain all day till then, but give me a darn break already or someone send the calvary over to help me pull this car apart.

The steering wheel looks interesting, if it's aftermarket, there's going to be an aftermarket hub most likely. There will be a big 24mm nut holding the hub in place. Once you remove that nut, send whatever comes off at that point, don't need the steering column, just the hub and wheel. Also would like that clutch disk and pressure plate. Not in a rush, it can all be sent once you get the power steering stuff removed. Don't forget the knuckled steering shaft. Thanks!!!

[stop raining, dance dance, stop raining, dance dance]

Sorry. White men can't dance. At least this one

Dude,

You need to know the history here at 924Board:

1. Buncha dudes got ripped off for parts that never arrived.

2. One dude, I'll call him Wyatt Earp, he was getting his knickers in a knot, and brought in lawyers, the heat, OJ Simpson and it was really ugly. He started to get angina. So I says to him "Wyatt, chill dude, it's only money".

3. So Wyatt chills. See how chilled he looks in the photo?

Thing is, I was anticipating a tracking number this morning. Hence this post.

Moral obligation

So I gotta make clear to the other 924 dudes who are here, that Ive sent money by PayPal and haven't got a tracking number yet. My wife, the Colonel, has no input now. I say what I say to protect the others only. We can resolve whatever needs resolution via PayPal. But since it's noon EST, and we're both in the same time zone, I've gotta post this to alert other dudes that we might have a situation. It's like groundhogs: They warn the other hogs if there's danger nearby - helps them all survive. I was a groundhog in a previous life and can't shake the habit. Maybe I'm wrong and I've pissed you off. Sorry. But now you know the context and I'm sure you can understand.

It's not personal. You seem like a nice guy. I hope my notice is unwarranted. But I must proceed. Or Wyatt will laugh at me.

Payment sent via PayPal September 28, 2008 from Princeton, NJ.

I will pm you a tracking number as soon as it goes in the mail.

Fri Oct 03, 2008 11:31 pm
Let me know what I can do to make you happy and I will should have a tracking number by tomorrow.

Tues Oct 7, 2008 7:10 pm
I can send you the tracking number when I get into work.

Ok, Ragenruin, it's Noon EST can you please pass along a tracking number? If you can please pass it along in PM I will return the favor by self mockery.

Thanks.

I'd rather be watching the news.

Actually I got a good chuckle and I read the thread under Ideola's stuff wow!

I appreciate the humor and thats why I said earlier in the thread I apologize in advance if I drag ass on getting stuff out. Flipping hard to even pull the parts let alone pack em.

IDEOLA sucks - dang rain dance or lack their off and I have a monsoon all morning. To top it off my car was a hit and run victim. I was off site most of the morning and I come out to find a nice dent in the rear driver side and a flat rear tire, I still haven't figured that one out, but I can tell you I was cursing Ideola while changing my tire in the rain.

I sent the tracking numbers, if need be I will scan the label records in and post the pictures.

Also please consider as I told Ideola on some stuff, its easier if I pack it and ship it or have it ready to ship before taking payment, to much junk gets in the way then I look like an @ss or lazy, trying to get something mailed.

Just been a crazy 2 weeks and still supposed to rain all week damn it.

USPS Track and Confirm doesn't acknowledge receipt of the packages for the tracking numbers given.

I tried yesterday after close of business. And today, after close of business. What up?
