I know that this is technically a "Porsche" board, but i just wonder that your favorite Ferrari is? For some reason this image has stayed in my head for quite some time, and i thought talking about it might help lol.
This car was Ferrari Enzo's final gift to Ferrari lovers. A testarossa on steriods. It was meant to be a competitor for the Porsche 959. I think it is a shame Ferrari ruined the F40 by making the F50. _________________ =====>Alex<=====

I've always liked the original FIAT Ferrari.

This thread feels awfully wrong in a Porsche forum and on the record I'll say Ferraris are the evil enemy of Porsche cars but if you must know...

Yeah, your right, Ferrari and Porsche are enemys. I must sugest also that Porsche hasn't competed with Ferrari since the GT1 back at le mans. (I may be wrong). I think also that the rivalry between them has disipated over the years. I feel that ferrari has become more of an exclusive car maker, where as Porsche has become the king of production cars. These are just my feelings towards it, anyway _________________ =====>Alex<=====

The F40 was (I believe) the best Ferrari ever made. It was a racecar for the street. The paint was so thin you could see the weave of the carbon fiber. Absolutely awesome!! _________________ 1977 Porsche 924 - going away...

Yes that's why I called it the original FIAT Ferrari. All Ferrari cars are FIATs now. Even the F1 cars have FIAT badges on them. _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"

| OOPSS! Ferrari... I love my 924, but what the heck. It is practically impossible for me to single out just one most beautiful ferrari, so...The F40 is one of my very favorite looking Ferrari`s. Looks aside, i think 201mph in 2008 is(though its more a road racing car) still very fast! i really like the flip up headlights of the F40 as well as the rear spoiler and just about every detail about it. My age might be showing here(i`m 45 yrs old) but i also love the looks of other road racers like the 330 P3/P4.And the curves of the Dino. I like the Enzo as well as the more common 348`s or 308`s. Heck, i personally have never seen a less than good looking ferrari(at least in my eyes). There are too many more more ferraris to list as the most beautiful.. |
