You're welcome. By the way, this is Mars red, the same colour that was used on early Golf GTIs...

Much more orangy than the pic in the first post, as you can see.

Dan

You have my turbo two tone silver with gray sides and the overhead shot of two cars in one pic the bottom one looks like my turbo color. My color looks exactly like that and it is called Cassis or Black Cherry.

Who said you could use those pictures???

I always thought this was Colibri metallic...

If not, then what is it? I know for sure that it's a factory colour, I've seen several cars in this colour. It was offered in the '70s, the car in question is (I think) a '77 or '78.
It's a perfect copy of VW's Viper Green metallic, but I can't find that anywhere in the lists...

Vince:

Sorry but i don't really get what you are saying.. Do you want me to remove the pic of the turbo from the list ? I did not know it was yours.
Other thing: i do believe that your 924 in the old registry is indiana red metallic. Mars red is a non-metallic color, it's the typical 924 bright red.

Tom:

I'm pretty sure that the car you posted is not colibri green, and nor it is onyx green. I have identified both of those today, i'll post pictures soon as well.
If you look at glasurit color online it lists Vipergruen metallic (L96N) but it's certainly not on the other list.. So i'm not sure about this yet..

Sorry Dan,

Sometimes we misinterpret what people say. I am sure that if someone said something to me in the other 4 languages I speak I might take the wording wrong.

No, I was just trying to be funny. Leave them on the postings.

Vince, i pretty much understand the words, but i can't really connect the sentences.. You know ,i got used to some strange people on the hungarian porsche forum so i'm not surprised at anything Still, my english could be better, i admit.

One of my Audis is Indiana red, looks like you've got the correct colour there.
