you guys have probably already noticed this
When you are replying to a post, if you click the "Topic Review" link under the "Submit" button near the bottom of the form, the board opens another browser window showing the posts in the topic you are replying to.
Makes it easy to cut and paste quotes and remindes you what it is you're replying to.

How do I post a topic or reply when some of the pages do not have these at the bottom of the page? |

Michael,
don't have what at the bottom of the page?
Do you mean the "Submit" button on the post form or the "New Topic"/"Post Reply" links at the top and bottom of the page when you're viewing a topic?
