|
|
Hello,
My MegaSquirt is built and running fine on the stim, but I'm having trouble identifying the injectors that came with my fuel rail (Ford Duratec) They appear to be Bosch items and their part number is 0 280 156 154 on one side and 1S7G-GA on the other.
Does anyone have any idea what the flow rates of these will be?
Cheers

They the orange ones? Think they're 19lb/hour. But I'd check before you use that figure |

I looked all over and found a whole lot of nothing for those injector numbers. Any idea what application the rail/injector combo was from?

Ford mostly used 17 and 19lb injectors in there lower powered stuff. Such as 19lb in there 5.0L V8 and 17lb in the 4.0L V6. Escort used 17lb injectors in the 1.9L 4cyl. I would just set it up as 18lbs and tune from there. This is plenty close enough. You VE tables will be slightly scewed but you will never tell the difference.

Cheers gents,
The rail is off a Ford Duratec but I don't know if it's a 2.0 or 2.3 I should have checked before throwing the box away! _________________ 1994 Lotus Esprit S4 - Work in progress...
