I have a '87 924S and have a set of Big Blacks that I want to put on it. I this has been covered and have searched all over but still need some clarity on which spindles are best to use. I would like to use 928GTS slip on rotors 304mm with the big blacks and keep my stock control arms and uprights if possible. Not sure if i need 951 late or 928 spindles? Pic of the car with 944 fenders, if the spindles make the offset wider that is ok. Thanks

Cool looking car !
The rears bolt on with just 2mm washers/spacers...disk is the same.

For the front calipers you need their M030 disks, for those disks you need the late spindle, for that late spindle you need the late struts - or not if you modify the upper camber holes and add 2mm spacers(late splindle is thinner).

If you get the late spindles and the early struts you'll instantly see what i'm talking about. If i'm not mistaken i made a topic about this when i converted my 924 to M030 brakes...try to do a search.

You'll either need m030 spindles & struts to match the bolt pattern (or modify the regular struts to fit) or you could just buy/make adaptors to fit the m030 calipers to regular spindles.

I installed those calipers and rotors without changing uprights and hubs: http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?p=366600#366600

My friend turned hubs on a lathe and made some adapters for calipers. Stock splash guard can be used after some modification with angle grinder. Stock brake hoses can be used.

Thanks for the replies, I do have access to a lathe so will probably go that route to keep all the suspension pieces the same and save a couple bucks.
