no spacers needed.
1/2 gap from spring to tire. I'll edit with tire size in the morning.

Orginal Fuchs 7x15 with Michelin 225/50 will most likely be my trackwheels since the rubber is 10 years old. Considering TOYO R888 for the future.
The new set for day-to-day driving is forged 16 inch splitrims made by BBS model RS, 7 inch in the front ET23 and 8 inch in the rear ET11, no tires yet. Please contribute with suggestions regarding the color off the wheelcenter: Gold? Black? Dark green or brown?

The 17" 911 Carrera wheels require long aluminium rear arms and massive 25mm spacers to pop out as they do on a CGT body. The front also requires aluminium arms or massive 35mm spacers to pop out as seen in the pictures.

I have a set of these and have never seen them before. Are they worth anything? Mine are in O.K. shape. They were not on the car when I got it, they just came with it. Anyone want them?

When I started my carerra body project, I did not know that a stock suspension plus 23 mm offset wheels did not require spacers. Had I known, I probably would have gotten +2" 944 quarter panels. I was planning on running wheel spacers to push the suspension to its limit. It is nowhere near its extended limit yet.

no, but the "plus 2 inch" 944 quarter panels are much wider than either a 944 or a carerra gt 924.

The 16" Dials are about my favourite wheel I'd love to have found some for my 924's.

This is what I ended up with

993 Cups - 16x7 fronts from a 993 all round - on Pirelli P6000's. Fit straight on late offset hubs. 16" wheels stiffen the ride but it does change the steering noticeably for the worse.

They looked better on a darker car (sorry can't find any decent pics)

Track wheels were 15 x 7 dials from a 928 - they needed a 7mm spacer at The front on the white car, but fitted straight on the red one Running with 205/50 rears, 195/45 (I think) fronts. Steering was much sharper with these wheels /tyres. Also reduced gearing & lowered ride height.

Slightly O/T - just bought some 17x9 cup 3's to use as track wheels on this - currently running D90's on track & Clubsports on road.

Correction

I have three brand new never used Boxster wheels. Early.
1 16x6 and two 16x7.
