What are your winter plans for your 924/931?

I plan to (in no particular order):

Fix battery tray
Fix radiator leak
Install radio
Replace control arm bushings
Replace struts
Replace ball joints
Replace tie rod ends
Reattach hatch glass
Adjust e-brake
Maybe fabricate strut brace

I doubt I'll get to even half of the stuff, but it's worth a try.

Finish the rebuilding of my engine. That will take huge amount of time. But we have a long winter here in sweden. Also some repaint changing springs front/rear, install my new new brakes rebuild calipers and so on would be nice. I have almost all the parts on my shelf. Just need some time in the garage. Wich is hard to find nowdays. (studying my a** of )

1. install the 17" boxter/911 weels
2. get all the angles and alignments to specs
3. replace rear bearings and tighten the front ones
4. buy&replace the steering shaft
5. lower the rear so the car sits perfectly level
6. buy and install 931 engine,clutch,torgue-tube and try to use a NA gearbox
7. install a front mounted intercooler and make it as effective as i can
8. install a manual boost controler and upp the pressure to 0.8 bar
9. enjoy the summer in my 924 Carrera GT replica.

With some luck, all I'll be doing is putting on the winter tires-flat-wheels and driving it until spring - at which time I'll be swapping back to the rest-of-year tires-Fuchs-wheels and driving it some more.

-But I'm sure something will pop up and need attention.
