Drove the turbo to Florida and did not have any trouble. Got a little over 31 mph. Minor problem was it did not want to idle. Stalled twice but started right away.
Any ideas. Leaks?? _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

If he took 48 hours to go 1200 miles, he averaged 25 mph!!! Just about right for a retired person in Florida.
Now all he has to do is to learn to drive down the middle of the road.... _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"

Cut him some slack, he said he had a minor problem. Maybe he had a major problem he didn't want to mention, like losing 2nd through 5th gears.
Seriously, I'm no 931 expert, but check the usual suspects, vacuum hoses and connections. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

You guys made me laugh today. I should have written Miles per gallon.
Yes the blinker was on all the way. On the way down I only saw one Porsche all the way there. Strange. Now they will have 4 in Florida when I bring the 3rd down there. I extend an invitation to all to visit me. Call first. 931-9119243. Leave message.
Peter Au this includes you. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

Can I bring my boat? And 50 of my closest friends? And can we stay at your place? And will you feed us all?
I don't ask for much.
Good to hear you made it down there okay. _________________ '80 924 n/a SOLD |

You have to call first. I will be at the tracks most of the time. Dogs, horses, cars, railroads.
Use my number shown above. It is my secret number just for you guys.
You must be thinking of my uncle who lives in Nashville. He keeps the right blinker on.
No more joking as a matter of fact he is the one who put me on to the special blue blinker fluid that makes them brighter. I think it is called Blinker Blue Magic but I forgot who makes it. Anyone????? _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

I did not bring all the spare parts. I don't have that much. Well, maybe
Torque tube
front 944 fenders and hood
4 speed tranny
A arms
front right 924 fender
tools of course
race seat
front and rear 944 sway bars
black seats
brown seats 944
one 944 console which the front swaybar goes to one of you guys when I take it off
two starter
1 famous 944 starter
924 VW air coditioner
924 hood
etc.
Some of it may make it down there. First I have to get rid of the wife and in Fl there are plenty of swamps. Alligators too.
Ouch why did you hit me. Sorry wife bothered me. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"
