this has been a nasty one. I think we might have it on the run.
The problem seems to have mostly affected the Sprint nameservers which are used by a very large slice of the US population (even if you don't actually connect via Sprint). It was not just Sprint, some other nameservers had trouble finding us. The major problem has been that it takes up to 3 days for any changes to filter through.
Anyway, I've tried lots of different combinations and I think I've found something the Sprint nameservers like. If it's right it'll take a couple of days to settle.
If you are getting timeouts when you use http://www.924board.org/ then use http://924board.org/ (drop the "www."). If that still doesn't work, send me an email at Peter@planb.net.au and tell me who you use for your Internet connection and I'll check it. _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)

thanks for the encouragement guys. I've been a bit distracted lately.
Joe, you were having problems accessing the board. Can you get it with either the http://www.924board.org/ or http://924board.org/ addresses? _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)

www.924board.org does not work for me anymore. 924board.org works fine however. I use Juno. Thanks mate for all your hard work. _________________ 1981 931 (Concours)

Tigger937, that is probably due to my mistake when upgrading the web server software last night. Unfortunately the problem would have been cached and www.924board.org might keep giving problems for another day or so.
If it doesn't fix itself for you in a day please fire me an email.
Thanks. _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)
