Sorry to burst your bubble but I bought a 79 931 almost three years ago and the only thing I changed that I had to was the fuel filter, pump, grounds and air filter. Total cost maybe 250. I added the paint which it did not need, changed the interior not needed, radio same, 16 in rims and Kuhmo tires same, total 250 + 1000 plus the car 2000. Most of the money was extra that I wanted to spend on the car. Not needed changes. Peter Holiat, EricJ001. and a few others have seen the car.Runs fine and I don't push it and use it every day.
I wish the same for all of you. |

i have to say that my 931 has been one of the best cars i've bought, other than working out some bugs from sitting and replacing the turbo (which i already had a spare one, so cost=0). i haven't put anymore money into it other than the cost to get it. |
