I noticed in the last few weeks that when I log on here, I return to the main page and it shows no new posts since my last login. What's up with that? I check and there have been new posts, but the folders aren't turning pink as they should. What's up with that?

And quite frankly, I'm not very happy about pink. Why not blue?

what browser and browser version are you using?

This problem only seems to effect some browsers and I'm trying to narrow things down.

I am using...

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Version 5.50.4134.0600

...on Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6.

BUT PLEASE NOTE that the system was working just fine up until a couple of days (maybe weeks) ago. I changed nothing about my setup in that timeframe.

And I'm using Windows ME and some current version of Netscape Navigator and the less I know the happier I am.

thanks for the info guys. Obviously the problem is more general that I thought.

Looks like it's effecting most brands of browser. That'll probably help when I can work out what the problem actually is.

Dwak, what's wrong with pink? Remember the board is now hosted is Sydney, the home of the annual Gay and Lesbian Mardi-gras

OK, I'm on the trail now.

The problem appears to have started when I got Vaughan to change the board links from the actual server (database2.planb.com.au) to a real domain name (924board.org).

think I've fixed it. At least it now seems to work for me.

If after visiting twice the little icons are not the right colour, let me know.
