Enjoy reading the PUB Racing Race Reports posted after race weekends? Ever wonder how you could be a part of it?

We'll be back out one last race weekend this season for WOR Games (that's short for Western Ohio Region, SCCA) at the lovely Mid-Ohio RaceCourse near Mansfield, Ohio, on Oct 6th-7th.
http://www.worscca.org/worgames.html
Schedule is a practice/qualifying session Sat AM just before 9AM, followed by a qualifying race around 2PM. The points-paying regional race will be early Sunday, green flag dropping around 9:30, after which we'll be done for the weekend.

If you'd like to see how much fun we had last time we were at Mid-O, check our the Videos Page on our homepage below.

I will need names in advance, as you will need to be on our crew list in order to even get in, and you'll need to pay the $10 gate fee. More info including directions to the track can be found at:
http://www.midohio.com

This is the same track that the Runoffs are at currently, and that CART, among others, runs at every year.

If you show up, you'll also be able to watch any of the other racing that is happening, and are welcome to stay as long as you like, until racing's done (around 6PM). If you don't go, you'll be forced to read the race report afterwards and wish you were there!!!

'Nuff said, check it out...

Had a truly awesome time this past weekend, even though it was bitter cold... track temp for the first race group out (we were group 3) was 32 deg F! The car ran very well, low maintenance, and basically just beat the piss out of it all weekend!

Moved up 6 spots in the qualifying race, then one more in the feature race to take 19th out of a field of 30, ahead of a number of faster cars who could not stay consistent. Biggest problem is still lack of power, due to running the stock engine, but that'll be fixed this winter; the car handles like a dream, like much faster cars, and is very consistent and easy to drive - even sideways!

Had a very long dice (all race, 15 laps, 36.5 miles) with a more powerful MR2, but the 924's superior Porsche handling won the day (not to mention some seriously ballsy driving by the pilot) to take that 19th place. Check out the many passes; I'll let you know when I've got the videos online. There was also a helluva chaotic start, cars all over the place, you won't want to miss it!!
